Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers following the IEEE conference paper format.

Paper Submission Instructions

  • Original, previously unpublished papers, and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference, with scientific and technical contributions, are expected.
  • All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism through the IEEE CrossCheck system or Turnitin software.
  • Papers must be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages including figures for regular papers. If they exceed 6 pages, authors are required to pay additional fees as per IEEE guidlines.
  • Papers have to be formatted in the conference proceedings layout on A4 paper according to IEEE Template as follows:
  • Authors of accepted papers should upload their final paper in PDF format via the Microsoft CMT submission. The PDF file must be compliance with IEEE eXpress PDF format:
  • Only accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICESIC-2027 Conference Proceedings which will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® digital library.

Review & Publication Policy

Submitted papers will be reviewed by the technical program committee. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance, clarity and contribution to the conference theme.

Accepted and presented papers may be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings as per IEEE publication guidelines.

Declaration

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
